Profile

· You’re an Account Manager with a minimum 2-year agency experience, who will play a major role in helping international clients deliver their vision.

· You’re comfortable taking ownership and accountability for your projects.

· You're passionate about tech, innovation, storytelling and most of all, human connections.

· You’re extremely organized, process led, detail oriented and proactive.

· You're a fast learner and tech-savvy, used to managing multiple platforms.

· You're a brilliant and passionate communicator who values teamwork and client management.

· Always curious – never afraid to ask questions and proactively go and seek out information.

· You’re eager to learn and make an impact. 

· You’re fluent in English.

 

What you will be doing:

· Working alongside a team spread across Europe to support B2B/B2C marketing campaign executions for multiple clients and markets.

· Liaising with both internal (agency) and external (client and third party) stakeholders on a daily basis.

· Closely working with the Account Director across the development of successful campaigns, ensuring all projects are running smoothly on the scheduled timelines.

· Liaising with all departments within the agency, such as Delivery, Creative, Data and Strategy.

· Understand and interpret the client’s brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure Wunderman Thompson are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the Wunderman Thompson team as and when required.

· Attending daily status meetings with the internal team.

· Regularly update client-monitored status sheet detailing all the projects in the pipeline.

· Be comfortable presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary.

· Circulate agendas before every meeting and contact report any follow ups.

· Give your input into QBRs (quarterly business reviews) & wash-ups by project to ensure that best practice is baked into future campaigns.

· Be competent with financial systems and working with Project Management to ensure work is delivered on time and to budget.

· Drive opportunities for innovation on ways of working with stakeholders and agency teams to optimise processes.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects is a must.
