Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Martech team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-managing, and capable of understanding and performing their tasks independently. They should enjoy teamwork with other designers, communicate clearly and effectively, and be passionate about resolving user pain points through outstanding design.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze and understand the business needs and vision to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver static banners, wireframes, user journeys, and optimized mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Participate in benchmarking, MVP strategy, UI KIT, and presentations.
- Identify design issues and design solutions to optimize conversion.
- Conduct testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability problems, and accessibility.
- Capable of systemic thinking and making strategic design and user experience decisions related to the core, as well as new features and functionalities.
- Understand detailed requirements and design user experiences to meet needs and vision.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and advances in UX design and technology.
- Work in sync with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to solve problems.
What you’ll need:
- Intermediate/advanced level of English
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or multimedia design, or currently pursuing one, with UX knowledge.
- Experience in user experience design.
- Experience in interface design.
- Experience in designing advertising materials (banners).
- Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, XD, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design solutions, with an understanding of mobile and responsive design.
- Proficiency in work methodologies (Design thinking, agile methodologies, Lean, atomic design, storytelling, UX writing, innovation processes) and facilitation of workshops with both internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Artificial Intelligence tools (Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Midjourney, ChatGPT), and Dreamweaver.
