The Role

Are you a highly creative and technically proficient digital designer with a passion for crafting visually stunning and engaging online advertising campaigns? We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our innovative advertising agency and take charge of creating captivating social media assets, impressive motion designs, HTML emails, interactive HTML5 banners. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading brands such as The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, talkSPORT and Virgin Radio and showcase your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing and responsive HTML emails for our clients' email marketing campaigns, ensuring cross platform compatibility and optimal user experience.
  • Conceptualize and produce captivating HTML5 banners that integrate seamlessly into various digital advertising platforms, captivating users and driving brand awareness.
  • Create eye-catching static designs for social media ads, websites, landing pages, and other digital assets that align with clients' branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Implement motion graphics and animations to add dynamism and interactivity to online advertisements, enhancing engagement and conveying brand messages effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Optimise and refine designs based on feedback, data analysis, and A/B testing results to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and coding HTML emails and HTML5 banners.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices.
  • Strong skills in motion design, animation, and video editing to create captivating visual experiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and flawless execution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas, discuss design concepts, and receive feedback constructively.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and successful campaign outcomes.
