Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with our external vendor Kyndryl (local IT and international helpdesk) for operational IT and IT Support.
  • You escalate problems to the right instances (3rd party, Kyndryl, …)
  • Work closely with the IT department of our mother company (WPP) to follow and translate their standards into the local office. You are responsible to translate all IT procedures into local communications.
  • IT on/off-boarding: prepare laptops, onboard new colleagues with clear IT instructions.
  • Assist practically in IT projects.

Your profile

  • You are an IT professional (bachelor degree or equivalent through experience) experienced in IT support and IT infrastructure.
  • You love and have experience in helping ‘users’ with IT problems. You know that good communication helps in reassuring people.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Active Directory and networks. Additional knowledge of Office 365 environment is a plus.
  • Problem solving and can do mentality.
  • You work independently and organized.
  • You can express yourself in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
