Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson is looking for a Senior Art Director, Digital to join our CX team creating complete digital customer experiences for our Canadian and American clients. Collaborating across a portfolio of brands and reporting into the Chief Experience Officer, Creative, you will play a critical role in developing the user experience and visual design of enterprise level digital platforms.

What you’ll do: 

  • Design | Lead the development of visual design/user interface design (UI) for top digital brand experiences, from inception to completion. Deliver strong concepts on brief. Pitch and sell new ideas and experiences.
  • Collaborate | Work closely with senior creatives. Partner with strategy, UX and tech teams. Work collaboratively with clients - build their trust and respect.
  • Advise | Advocate for good design practices. Ensure that our digital products can be experienced by everyone, reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve, through an applied understanding of AODA design requirements. Incorporate new tools, technologies, AI and more into the creative process.

What you’ll need: 

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the digital space with excellent knowledge of experience design (UX/UI), web design, usability, digital marketing, etc.
  • Experience creating a design system and working with existing design systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver strong concepts on brief.
  • Proficient to expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch.
  • Familiar with other creative elements: copywriting/ux writing, animation, content, etc.
  • French fluency an asset.
