Michael Kutschinski is Chief Creative Officer of Wunderman Thompson Germany. He believes in creativity inspired by technology and data.​

Spending much of his childhood growing up in an advertising agency, Michael decided to start his career as a Graphic Designer and went on to study communication and computer graphic design. ​

After his studies, Michael worked for numerous digital pioneering agencies, like Digital World and Pixelpark. In 2001 Michael joined Jung von Matt/Frontend, running the digital creative department. From 2004 to 2018, he worked for Ogilvy, where he was responsible for the digital creative excellence of Germany first, then the EMEA region and finally global as the CCO of OgilvyOne Worldwide. From March 2019 to April 2021, Michael has been the Plan-Net group CCO.​

Michael was lucky to win every major international creative award as well as win Agency Of The Year during his career together with his teams. He has been a judge for the Art Director’s Club, the Cannes Lions, The One Show and was the President of the Golden Drum.​
