Sometimes people's challenges are visible (for example, mobility issues, sight loss, language difference or a broken arm). Sometimes, they are not (for example hearing loss, Dyslexia, mental health, or colour blindness). Often these challenges create a sense of exclusion that can be exacerbated further when we conduct so much of our working day on a screen. Quite simply, accessibility isn’t a guarantee.
