Hot on the heels of being named Salesforce’s Best Up and Coming Commerce Cloud Partner for 2022, Fēnom Digital is acquired by WPP.

Today WPP announced the acquisition of Fēnom Digital, one of the fastest growing commerce agencies in North America. The agency, founded by Dylan Runne, is headquartered in New York. It specialises in delivering enterprise commerce, order management systems and supply chain, marketing and customer experience solutions to retailers and brands across North America, calling upon over 190 highly skilled technologists and powering more than $5 billion of digital sales annually.

The Fēnom Digital team will join the Wunderman Thompson global network which already houses 3,500 commerce experts and drives over $30 billion in GMV for brands such as Nestlé, Bosch and Microsoft.

Fēnom implemented an end-to-end Salesforce digital transformation, leveraging the Salesforce Commerce, Order Management, Marketing and Service Clouds, in addition to CRM products.

Leslie’s underwent a large-scale digital transformation leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Fēnom implemented five brand sites for Leslie’s on the SFRA platform.



Fēnom upgraded PacSun from a legacy Salesforce Commerce architecture to the latest SFRA platform, coupled with a full site UX redesign.

The Fēnom Digital team has extensive experience designing, building and running Salesforce cloud solutions including commerce, OMS, marketing, service, CDP and CRM and brings further technology expertise to our already outstanding North American line up, offering clients a broader scope of multichannel solutions and services.

The announcement follows other recent Wunderman Thompson acquisitions in the commerce space including Diff and Newcraft.
