Jason Burby is the Chief Client Officer, North America at Wunderman Thompson.

Jason is responsible for liaising directly between clients and the agency’s leadership teams to deliver breakthrough creativity, consulting, data, commerce, and technology services that help our clients grow.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in digital strategy, advertising and marketing expertise to Wunderman Thompson. Before joining Wunderman Thompson, Jason was Chief Customer Success Officer of DOMO, a fully mobile, cloud-based operating system for digitally-connected businesses. As Chief Customer Success Officer, Jason led a team of consultants, client success and community managers, as well as educators focused on best practices, support, and training to drive rapid and long-lasting value. Before DOMO, Jason was President, Americas at POSSIBLE, where he was responsible for leading the long-term stability and growth of the region. While at POSSIBLE, Jason helped support ambitious brands like Microsoft and AT&T to create and deliver world class experiences.

Jason is a long-time advocate of using data to inform digital strategies to help clients attract, convert and retain customers. He is a frequent speaker around how helping companies shift their culture to take advantage of data, improves the success of their organizations. He has co-authored two books: Actionable Web Analytics: Using Data to Make Smart Business Decisions published by John Wiley & Sons and most recently, Does it Work? 10 Principles for Delivering True Business Value published by McGraw Hill.

When he’s not working, Jason enjoys skiing, traveling and exploring unique destinations with his wife and three children.
