Marco Flapper is the Director of Customer Experience and Data for Wunderman Thompson Commerce EMEA, with responsibility for the Experience Design, Data Intelligence and Front End Development team. He is tirelessly motivated to inspiring his teams to deliver great customer experiences that reduce friction, inspire purchases and optimise eCommerce performance across platforms, marketplaces and retailer sites. Prior to his current role, Marco was engaged as Head of Consultancy on many eCommerce projects, across B2B, B2C in the wholesale industry, groceries, fashion and retail.
