Today, clients, communities and talent no longer accept passive ways of working, and BRiM challenges brands and agencies to do better to level the playing field and increase diversity. By providing a framework designed for Black marketers to thrive, BRiM offers tools to track progress to help ensure diverse talent plays a key role in leadership and the creative process.
