Sometimes people's challenges are visible (for example, mobility issues, sight loss, language difference or a broken arm). Sometimes, they are not (for example hearing loss, Dyslexia, mental health, or colour blindness). Often these challenges create a sense of exclusion that can be exacerbated further when we conduct so much of our working day on a screen. Quite simply, accessibility isn’t a guarantee. Learn how an agency and client are joining forces to educate and redefine expectations around accessibility. Our goal is to provide increased accessibility to clients messaging while strengthening our collective foundations for inclusive work cultures.
