The Catalyst Academy Wins Big

We're delighted to share Wunderman Thompson EMEA has won top honours at the Business Culture Awards! Our industry-defining recruitment program, The Catalyst Academy, was awarded 'Best Next Generation Initiative for Business Culture' at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 5 October.

The Catalyst Academy develops future marketers and equips them with the experience and skills to thrive in a competitive industry. During an exciting eighteen-month rotational programme at one of our Catalyst campuses around the world, including the UK, Germany, Italy, South Africa and other great locations, our Catalysts train together, develop a range of important new skills, build camaraderie and have fun doing so.

We're proud to see Wunderman Thompson was named a finalist across three other categories, including 'Leading with Purpose for Business Culture', and 'Best CSR/Corporate Sustainability Initiative', and 'Best Talent Approaches for Business Culture'. Huge congratulations to all teams!

We're delighted to see our Catalyst Academy receive such high praise from the Business Culture Awards, particularly as we've just launched the Catalyst 2.0 programme, which will see the programme expand across the EMEA region in 2023. We look forward to welcoming in our next cohort of Catalysts to help shape them into the marketeers of the future.
