The Drum World Creative Rankings

The Drum has released their World Creative Rankings and we’re pleased to share Wunderman Thompson has ranked #9 in the list of the Top 200 Best Agency Networks in the World! Congratulations also to WPP who was named the #1 Holding Company in the World for 2021!

In the Top 200 Worldwide Ad Agencies, five Wunderman Thompson agencies made the list, including two in the Top 50! Wunderman Thompson Thailand ranked #37 and Wunderman Thompson Buenos Aires came in at #49, followed by Wunderman Thompson Riyadh at #120, Wunderman Thompson London at #127 and Wunderman Thompson Bogota at #152.

Regionally, Wunderman Thompson had seven agencies in The Drum’s list of Top 200 Agencies in APAC, and five agencies in the Top 200 Agencies in EMEA.

In APAC, all of our agencies were named in the top half of the list, with Wunderman Thompson Thailand coming in at #4! They were followed by Wunderman Thompson Taiwan at #65, Wunderman Thompson Mumbai and Wunderman Thompson Singapore at joint #66, Wunderman Thompson Kolkata at #75, Wunderman Thompson Tokyo at #89 and Wunderman Thompson Sydney coming in at #100 on the list.

Over in EMEA, two Wunderman Thompson agencies ranked in the Top 50 Agencies in the region, with Wunderman Thompson Riyadh ranking #44 and Wunderman Thompson London at #45. Wunderman Thompson Antwerp at #93, Wunderman Thompson France at #107 and Wunderman Thompson Dubai rounded out our top agencies in the region at #147.

Our work is among the best in the world, too, with six campaigns named among the Most Awarded Campaigns of 2021!

‘The Stay Home Miles Exchange’ campaign from Wunderman Thompson Thailand for Thai Airways ranked #19 in the world.

Our ‘Degree Inclusive’ campaign from Wunderman Thompson Buenos Aires for Unilever came in at #53.

‘WaterLight’ from Wunderman Thompson Bogota for E-Dina Energy came in at joint #111, and was also named one of the Top 5 Environmental Campaigns for 2021!

Wunderman Thompson London’s ‘Unscripted’ project for BT Sport ranked joint #125.

The ‘Through Your Eyes’ campaign from Wunderman Thompson Buenos Aires for Sony Music ranked joint #140.

Finally, Wunderman Thompson Riyadh’s ‘The Man Who Couldn’t Handle His Handle’ campaign for STC came in at joint #178.
