Having worked in agencies in South Africa, London and San Francisco, Dale founded The Hardy Boys some 25 years ago. The business was initially established as a high-end design studio with a key focus on building brands through packaging.

The agency rapidly evolved into a full-service advertising and communications business, and in 2014 a 60% share was acquired by JWT/WPP.

Now a Wunderman Thompson South Africa agency, the 70+ people strong arm of the Group in South Africa continues to service both local and global clients across multiple disciplines from design through digital, traditional ATL, PR, activations and eventing.
