Giacomo Lopopolo has held his current position at J. Walter Thompson, now Wunderman Thompson Italy, since 2010.

In this role he is part of the Wunderman Thompson Italy Board of Directors, overseeing financial sustainability of the company, mergers and acquisitions, and working with the board on business development and overall company management.

Before JWT, Giacomo served as CFO with responsibility for the launch of RMG Connect in Italy, the integration and relaunch of G2 Promotions Italia, and the reorganization of G2 and Grey Interactive.

Before that he held various financial management roles and finance controlling positions at JWT Italy and WPP group, where he began his career in 1999.

Giacomo enjoys being part of a successful and productive team. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated manager, with a logical approach to challenges and is always highly motivated. He is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems.

Giacomo holds an Economics degree from Catholic University of Milan and is also an ultramarathon runner.
