After being McCann Erickson Budapest's Client Service Director, Ildiko joined JWT Budapest as Managing Director in 2008. Her first line of focus was turning the privately owned affiliate to a 100% network company and further building it accordingly. Besides helping the business grow, she understood that, in order to keep itself relevant within WPP, it was necessary to change the agency's profile from traditional creative services to a more up-to-date, diversified unit. In 2016, when partnering with Mirum to represent the brand in Hungary, she started to build a team as the foundation of a new digital agency unit. After merging with Possible Budapest in 2020 and rebranding it to Wunderman Thompson, she became the head of the Brand Communications business unit and a member of the management team. She is a highly-motivated, people-centred, enthusiastic and dedicated manager, with the ability to always rethink and re-arrange in ever-changing circumstances, and find the best possible configuration for the best outcome.
