At the same time, he helps integrate Wunderman Thompson’s technology capability across the full customer journey of acquisition, experience, commerce and customer to deliver true personalisation.

With close to 20 years experience, Neil has built an invaluable level of knowledge and expertise in consumer engagement technology. By fostering a strong relationship with clients worldwide, he has enabled major brands to design, deliver and drive enterprise-scale platforms for multichannel operations, most notably Audi, PVH, Sainsbury’s and YNAP.
