As a Managing Partner of Wunderman Thompson Thailand, Vichien (Pong) heads a group of CRM and Digital Client Services teams to work hand-in-hand partnership with clients and the agency’s cross-function teams to deliver a great combination of Creative, Data, and Technology services that help driving growth of clients business. Managing some of Wunderman Thompson’s global key strategic accounts with long-term partnership, Pong oversees the smooth delivery of Strategy to Creative and Implementation for Automotive, Oil & Gas, FMCG, and Technology clients.
Pong started with Wunderman in 2008, bringing with him many years of experiences, developed across a variety of expertise including digital marketing, CRM, database marketing, and MarTech. Before joining Wunderman Thompson, Pong was Country Business Manager of Unica Inc, a Marketing Solution Software provider for MarTech, Pong established Unica’s business in Thailand through solution selling strategy, networking and partnership, and solution consultancy to win 4 major clients in Banking and Telcos. Prior to Unica, Pong also spent few years at SAS Inc, a Marketing Intelligence Solution provider for MarTech, where he was responsible for business development and partnership management.
