Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that encourage a positive and diverse culture aligned to help us continue to build an inclusive workplace, where everyone feels welcomed, valued and heard, and is treated with dignity and respect.
To help support our commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity (IE&D), the inclusion council, which brings together representatives from across the business reflecting the diversity of our perspectives and experiences has been formed to ensure we are evolving our approach to IE&D and activities are aligned to our overall business strategy.
