Hello! I am Elliot. I have over 12 years’ experience recruiting for digital marketing, advertising and central Government agencies. I graduated with a degree in Biomedical Science but quickly fell in love reviewing design portfolios after taking a work placement with a digital recruitment agency. The rest is history as they say! Whilst I am responsible for hiring in variety of teams within Wunderman Thompson, I have a specialised experience across creative, design and user experience. I take pride in being open, honest and transparent, and am very passionate about diverse and inclusive hiring. I have a particular interest in helping junior designers curate best-in-class portfolios. Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer, active gym goer and can often be found running around Richmond Park!
