In Episode 1, we illustrated how brands can curate the experiences their customers have and demonstrate how it through its implementation brands can drive increases in both frequency of interaction and transaction as well as value.
In the second session, we discussed the rapid growth in e-commerce including key trends across brand sites, marketplaces, and social commerce. We unpacked how brands can navigate the commerce landscape and develop a strategy suitable for their businesses. This session also included a demonstration of the Commerce Cloud platform.
In the third session, we looked into how technology and data-driven marketing can help you deliver effectiveness and ROI. In this session, we chat with Tushar Vagal, CIO and Digital head of Larsen & Toubro Realty on the importance of aligning martech solutions to business strategies. We also demonstrated how brands can create personalised communications through Salesforce.
In the very last session of our Wunderman Thompson x Saleforce Learning Series, we dived into how Customer Data and Personalisation can connect the brand to the consumer and deliver on ROI. We also explored how we can utilise the Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Interaction Studio to humanise every moment in the customer journey.
