Juliana has been a valued member of the WPP ecosystem for more than 18 years. She began her career by developing brand experiences at Glue, before progressing to lead communication strategies at JWT. Over the last few years, from +WT, Juliana has formed and led multidisciplinary teams in the development and implementation of end-to-end strategies. Her broad business vision has been developed and refined through strategic work with multiple categories at the regional and local levels, practically all of them. She has led clients such as Abbott, Shell, GSK, BAT, and at the local level, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Edgwell, J&J, Juan Valdez, Colmena, Alpina, and Unilever, among others.

Juliana's consistent focus has been on creating and continually strengthening long-term relationships with clients, as well as stabilizing relationships during times of high tension, resulting in significant retention and impactful business growth. She has led and formed teams recognized in various advertising festivals, particularly in EFFIE and FIP, where she obtained the Grand Prix of the festival.

Juliana is a proud mother to Mimí. She is passionate about healthy food, fashion, decor, and yoga.
