As Customer Experience Director at Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Rachel leads a team of researchers, UXers, UI designers, creatives, content specialists and CX strategists to define and deliver outstanding digital experiences.

Rachel’s breadth of experience, over 20+ years, gives her a deep understanding of the touchpoints across customer and employee journeys in multiple industries, and the role of brand, UX, design, creative and content. She enjoys collaborating with clients to identify digital opportunities, shape their business strategy and create future-facing customer experiences.

In her spare time, Rachel loves going to the dance & theatre shows and walking in the woods with her family.
