Glen joined the Wunderman Thompson team in September 2019 as CTO Commerce & Technology EMEA. He is responsible for technology solutions that span the capabilities of the region, delivering connected consumer journeys and driving growth.

Prior to joining the Wunderman Thompson leadership team, Glen was CTO for Salmon Ltd, the leading ecommerce services provider acquired by WPP in 2013. In this role, Glen supported many brands and retailers through their digital transformation journeys, inspiring online growth through the effective delivery of technology to both customers and digital teams.

Glen has over 30 years of industry experience, with the last two decades focused on online. He keeps abreast of the latest trends and architectures to deliver effective and flexible systems that support the growth of our clients. As well as leading his team of professionals, Glen has architected, and still supports, business-critical applications for small and large businesses including DFS, Sainsbury’s, PVH and many more.

Glen started his career in the early 90s as a software engineer in his native country New Zealand, before emigrating to the UK where he now lives in London.
