Mel Edwards Named on Heroes List for Third Year Running

We are very proud to announce that Mel Edwards, Global CEO for Wunderman Thompson, has been named on the INvolve Heroes Women Executive Role Model List for the third consecutive year. The list recognises 100 women who have used their positions of power to lead by example and drive change for gender diversity within the workplace.

Throughout her career spanning four decades, Mel has championed inclusivity, empowering agencies across the organisation to have a gender-balanced leadership team, advocating against unconscious bias and sharing advice with young women to encourage them to share their voices and experiences.

It’s an honor and privilege to be named on this list for the third successive year alongside 99 other trailblazing women. Together, we have instigated real change in workplaces across the globe, but the work doesn’t stop here. I look forward to continuing my efforts to inspire inclusion and diversity, breaking down barriers, and championing voices from all backgrounds.
