London, UK – 8th November 2022: Leading eCommerce consultancy, Wunderman Thompson Commerce, has appointed Ashton Hubbard as Sustainable Commerce Director to support retailers in creating and advancing their environmental commitments.

Passionate about people, the planet and profit, Hubbard brings expertise across consulting, creative, technology and operations through her passion and advocacy for environmental, social and business governance. She joins the sustainability team to support in developing the global Sustainable Commerce Practice, in partnership with clean technology company, Vaayu Tech.

Harnessing the automated Vaayu system and CO2e calculator, she will be able to show retailers how they can track and reduce emissions in real time. Hubbard’s expertise will be used to provide consultancy, design, operations, measurement and intelligence as part of Wunderman Thompson’s end-to-end sustainable commerce offering.

Hubbard has worked with Wunderman Thompson for over a year in the Seattle, Washington office as a Senior Project Manager and brings her expertise from her previous roles both brand and agency-side, working in product creation, marketing, and operations.

As an avid and active outdoor enthusiast and environmentalist, Hubbard will continue the pursuit of her Masters in Business Administration in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School, the cornerstone program for sustainability in the United States, which will support and propel Wunderman Thompson’s global sustainability goals forward.
