Basic-Fit reached out to Wunderman Thompson to help drive their digital maturity and communicate in a more relevant and tailored way with their customers. They realised that their customers had very individual approaches to, and needs from, their fitness regimes. Enabling them to easily create and send emails to different audience segments would help them to develop better relationships with each and every customer.

We delivered a ‘Fullforce’ plan of attack to deliver on Basic-Fit's business objectives and data integration challenges. This started with the integration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, dissolving data silos and resulting in one integrated technology set up and greater alignment between e-commerce, marketing and service departments.


Our collaboration resulted in a more effective and engaging customer experience across day-to-day operations. It allowed Basic-Fit to make better informed and more insightful decisions at a strategic level and increase their revenue and return on digital investment.

We are now able to build and control personal 1-on-1 customer journeys. It enables us to communicate with our members in a more focused way.
