Caroline Foster Kenny joined Wunderman Thompson in June 2020 as Global Chief Client Officer. She is responsible for global client relationship development, working cross-functionally across all Wunderman Thompson capabilities to drive business and brand transformation for the top 30 clients.

Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Caroline served as CEO across UK and EMEA regions for IPG Mediabrands where she spearheaded a transformative strategy for all of the group's digital and media businesses, including Initiative, UM, The Reprise Network, Stickyeyes, Rapport, Mubaloo, MAGNA and Orion.

Before IPG Mediabrands, Caroline was the Global Chief Client Officer at MEC (now Wavemaker), part of WPP’s GroupM, where she built and grew global client relationships, overseeing the agency's top 30 global clients. Caroline was part of WPP for over 20 years, holding various international leadership roles, including a six-year stint in Asia, based out of Hong Kong and Shanghai.

In 2019, Caroline was shortlisted as MediaWeek's Industry Leader of the Year and was Chair of Judges for Campaign's Media Awards. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide breadth of client categories and across the full spectrum of media communication disciplines. Caroline lives in London.
