Chief People Officer
Honored to have a role truly focused on people, Dijana considers a good employee experience to be at the heart of a successful company. She sees herself as a facilitator who arranges encounters that lead to a better understanding of what is important and what needs to be further developed.
The days of a “one size fits all” approach to leadership are over. We’re all different from each other, so Dijana wants to focus on improving the employee experience through understanding the needs of individuals.
Dijana wants to stress that as the world changes, how we approach leadership must also change. She believes that in the coming years the ability to understand and deal with emotions - emotional intelligence – will continue to increase in importance.
In addition to spending time with her family and her dog, Dijana loves to contemplate and self-reflect, which she considers crucial skills to remind people how important it is to stop and take a moment to self-reflect - even on a busy day.
