Duncan MacDonald, Global Director, Health for Wunderman Thompson MSC has 20 years of marketing production experience leading global digital programs for global clients and is based in WT MSC’s headquarters in Boston.

Having been at WT for 4+ years, his role is to partner with clients and manage their channel solutions through our global production hubs, aligning the work with technical experts and cultural and time zone appropriate teams. He has experience in client services and program management at large agencies where he worked on digital production and helming client and project teams delivering global digital solutions for many large global brands including AstraZeneca, Merck and Eli Lilly.

He has led marketing programs in various channels including integrated campaigns, email, banner ads, media, print, Web sites, QA, video, social, localization, apps, mobile, SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM solutions, SAAS deployments, regulatory submissions & CMS migrations.

Since joining WT MSC in 2016, Duncan’s focus has been concentrated on transitioning, onboarding and helming the operations of clients’ production and studio work, primarily with Health and Pharma accounts. With clients such as GSK, Roche, Janssen and Pfizer Duncan has created production models for a wide variety of therapeutic teams and is most recently establishing a large content studio across digital, print and video content scaling from 20 to 170 team members within 6 months.
