With a wealth of experience spanning across the media, entertainment, and fashion industries, Ezinne is a multi-dimensional executive who serves as a thought partner for several publications, including CNBC, Forbes, TEDx, The Drum, Campaign, and ESSENCE.

Joining Wunderman Thompson in 2020 as the agency's first Global Chief Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Officer, Ezinne leads in designing the agency's global strategy. Under her leadership, she designed awareness-building activities, created a space of exploration and inclusion, revised the creative elevation process, and deployed programs to stimulate culture in a hybrid workplace. She’s a trusted thought partner for clients and account teams; ensuring cultural relevancy and purpose as the core of our creative work.

Ezinne is no stranger to infusing her change management and inclusion expertise into global multi-dimensional companies. She is well-known for her leadership in publicly addressing inequities at H&M and ParamountCBS (formerly Viacom/ MTV), where [in her role] she implemented solutions to address these issues head-on. Her ability to lead with empathy and create a culture of inclusivity has been instrumental in driving positive change within these organizations. She was a coach, mentor, and collaborator with C-level executives and functional leadership to achieve long-term, consistent, innovative practices. Her work has led her to projects across Europe, Singapore, Tokyo, Australia, and Argentina.

Ezinne, an immigrant from Nigeria, is a passionate advocate for social justice, corporate advocacy, community collaboration, and sustainability. She serves as a Board Vice-Chair of She's the First Inc., an organization that supports young girls in emerging countries. Leveraging her experiences and network, Ezinne works tirelessly to promote sustainable inclusion in global organizations for underrepresented groups. She dedicates countless hours of pro bono work towards these causes, making a significant impact in the lives of those she serves.
