Hercu is Chief Operating Officer for Wunderman Thompson Data.

He has held various senior and executive positions in digital, entertainment, media and advertising businesses, including Naspers, Comcast, Wunderman Thompson and Acceleration.

Hercu has worked internationally in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America, where he has managed multi-platform subscription businesses, start-up and new business development, marketing, go-to-market planning, human resources, operations & commercial management, contract negotiations and deal structuring.

He holds a BA in Psychology and a post graduate degree in Marketing Management. Hercu also completed the Executive Management program at UCLA Anderson School of Business in 2009, Product Design (Northwestern University, Kellogg School, 2020), Digital Strategy for Business (Columbia University, 2018), Artificial Intelligence (MIT, 2018), Design Thinking (MIT, 2016) and Internet Technologies (2000).
