I joined the agency in 2019 following the merger of JWT, Wunderman and SCPF, as Client Services Director for Johnson & Johnson brands in Southern Europe.

I have been working in the WPP Group since 1995. First at Delvico Bates, which would eventually join WPP. Then at JWT and finally now at WT, working during these years for international clients such as Pfizer, Roche, Bayer, Nestlé and J&J. In 2016, I focused my work for J&J in Southern Europe with the OTC, FMCG and beauty categories. With the team, we have created effective strategies for brands such as Frenadol, Neutrogena, Aveeno and Listerine.

What attracts me the most about our profession is the teamwork, not only with the agency's team of professionals, but also working as part of the brand's team on the client’s side. Each of the client's needs becomes both a challenge and an opportunity in an increasingly complex communication ecosystem. It is inspiring to work with a team of specialists in different areas of communication, building brands in terms of their relevance and differentiation.

Our team's greatest achievement in the last five years has been to create the client services, strategy and content production model for the J&J Southern Europe cluster. A team of 25 professionals working to meet the needs of 41 brands in 13 countries. This work has built new brands in emerging markets, strengthened established brands in more mature countries and, above all, has taken traditional communication strategies to digital thinking.

In love with communication and teaching, I am part of the teaching faculty at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Ramon Llull University. Outside the agency, the most important thing is my family, I’m passionate about culture, travel, India and social projects. All that lets me learn something new every day.
