Josie joined the business in 2015 as Cognifide Head of Brand and Communication, as the organisation entered a new chapter, following its acquisition by WPP.

In 2019 Josie became Director of Marketing, having played a pivotal role in establishing Cognifide’s reputation as experience technology experts within the WPP Group and broadening the company’s industry influence.

Over a 5-year period, Cognifide revenue grew from $25 to $40 million as the organisation secured the trust and business of industry leaders and global household names. In December 2020, as Cognifide became Wunderman Thompson Technology, Josie took on the role of Global Marketing Director.

Josie started her career in advertising with global networks including GGT and TBWA. She has over 18 years' experience in client management, new business and marketing for both large and boutique agencies, spanning both the creative and digital industries.

She is passionate about CSR and has recently led sustainability activity in the UK, earning her a place in BIMA’s Top 100 for 2019. She is also a Trustee of the Isabel Medical Charity, a project close to her heart, for which she authored a family cookbook, Cooking with Daisy, published in 2005. She lives in London with her husband and two teenage children.
