As Head of Social and Content at Wunderman Thompson in Thailand, Kritchaya is responsible for business and solution provided for all client and agency’s leadership teams to deliver qualified content creativity through digital and social media. Additionally, she also help to identify marketing areas and new opportunities digital & social media activity which can enhance the relationship between the brand and the customer.

Kritchaya brings more than 20 years of experience in digital world and work with full passion of social & content. Before joined Wunderman Thompson, Kritchaya worked as Digital & Social Content Head at dentsuX Thailand, Japanese leading media company. She was one of management leader the business development effort for digital/social content integrated services, together with consult and provide solution to client. With passion in working, she was key team who drive dentsuX Thailand was awarded as Digital Agency of the Year 2015 & 2017, and Media Agency of the Year 2015 & 2016 by CampaignAsia.

With the ambitious in digital and social, all she worked can drive company achieve Digital Agency Of The Year Before dentsuX, she worked as a business leader in digital & social media at mInteraction and YDM Network. She settled business model and team structure to go forward around the fast- moving digital environment.

She started from being marketer in the first few year then moved into digital business as Digital Business Manager, focused on digital solution provided to client effectively, including investment feasibility. She expanded her skill in e-commerce and media by joined with ISOBAR as Account Manager. She was responsible to foresee all new business solution provided to all partner customer to maximize their digital business.

Kritchaya is a long-time advocate of using digital and social to be one key device providing a business success to client. She is ambitious to give suggestion to everyone who need more compatible and relevancy content around the rapid change of consumer and technology.
