Laura brings a vast array of experience—from network agencies to boutiques, century-old creative shops to start-ups – to Wunderman Thompson North America. She spent 5 years at FCB New York where she was part of IPG’s Growth Gang, responsible for agency growth, marketing and communications. She authored an aggressive 3-year growth plan that took FCB NY from struggling to find opportunities into a successful growth hub for the network, recognized as an AdAge Agency-to-Watch, AdAge A-List Agency, and the 2020 Adweek Global Agency of the Year. During her time at FCB, Laura led her team into winning opportunities such as Spotify, GSK, LG, and AB InBev. In 2020, when marketing budgets first halted due to the pandemic, they delivered an impressive 46% top line growth.

Most recently, Laura served as Head of Growth, North America for BBH USA, where she set a vision to modernize the agency’s legacy with new products, tools, and capabilities to increase commercial performance. During her short time in the role, the agency won new opportunities from brands like Heineken, Pacaso, and Netflix, in addition to their recent announcement of being included in AdAge’s 2022 A-List.
