Director of Strategy UX/CX & Social
María Quinzio began working as a copywriter in 2006 at Avatar, a local digital agency. In 2007, she joined Mix Comunicación, another local agency, where she began building her career as a strategist. She then focused on strategy once she transitioned to Ogilvy & Mather Buenos Aires. A few years later she left and lead the strategy teams for two local agencies, La Comunidad and Don. She’s now Director of Strategy, UX/CX & Social for Wunderman Thompson Buenos Aires.
María’s responsibility is to empower her teams of specialists to search for strategic solutions to the challenges of the modern communication ecosystem and help brands embrace a people-centric approach.
She has a strong and varied background working in different categories for many prestigious companies, including Mondelez, Unilever, The Coca Cola Company, Philips, Movistar, American Express, and Diageo, amongst others.
Besides her role at Wunderman Thompson, María has been a professor at the Miami Ad School in Buenos Aires, the Escuela Superior de Creativos Publicitarios and the APG training network.
