Before joining, Mat has been working in agencies around the world: Brussels, New York, and Ho Chi Minh City. Helping agencies like Y&R, BBDO and Happiness extend their creative reputation.
Mat is a globally proven and awarded leader, who brings a modern approach to developing compelling work that connects brands and people to drive business results for clients. Mat has worked with numerous global brands across categories including Land Rover, Campbell's, Unilever, VISA, Colgate, AIA, Pepsi and more.
His work has been recognized more than 200 times in both national and international awards shows including Golds at Cannes Lions, Eurobest, London International Awards, Clio’s and CCB. Most notably, his “Coins of Hope” campaign for Child Focus was awarded five Cannes Lions at the 2017 Festival.
Mat has been a juror at many prestigious award shows including New York Festivals, LIA, Creative Club of Belgium, and Golden Drum.
He is the third generation of Mroszczak AdMen; both his father and grandfather worked in the industry.
