Matt began his career in London, joining WPP via J Walter Thompson’s graduate trainee program. In 2012 Matt relocated to Hong Kong, the start of nearly ten years in APAC where he helped establish a regional Hub team for HSBC and then in Shanghai led the agency’s multi-national client portfolio. Most recently, Matt helped grow Wunderman Thompson Hong Kong into one of the strongest agencies in the market; transforming the business, driving client growth and new business wins and leading the company’s data and MarTech offering.

Now as CEO of Wunderman Thompson Australia, Matt leverages his experience within the network to continue to deliver growth for clients, build an inspiring agency culture where people love to come to work and champion talent development. Matt lives with his wife and their two-year-old son, Rafe, who is excited about meeting his new brother or sister in July. Talk of welcoming a dog remains a topic of heated debate.
