Nichole has focused her career within the healthcare industry, successfully leading global, regional and in-market strategic engagements for her clients, spanning product, franchise and corporate assignments. She has extensive experience in a multitude of disciplines including business and brand strategy, innovation strategy and organizational change.

Davies was the winner of the patient education program of the year for the launch of Cialis at the Pharmaceutical Marketing Awards and was invited to join the Department of Health task force in developing standards of patient communication.

Prior to joining greyhealth group to head up the strategic team in 2015, Nichole held the position of Executive Director, Global Engagement and Operations in New York for Interbrand. In 2007, Nichole launched and successfully ran her own marketing consultancy and, throughout her career, has worked with industry leaders such as Pfizer, Lilly, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Genentech, Danone and the Mayo Clinic across categories such as women’s health, diabetes, oncology, rare disease and nutrition.

While beginning her professional career with Hewlett Packard marketing after graduating from the University of Manchester with honors in her bachelor of science in chemistry, Nichole completed her postgrad in marketing, achieving Chartered Marketing status.
