Pilar Medina has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of analytics and marketing gained through different positions in the public and private sector. Her career has been focused on market research and how companies can provide a better customer experience. During the last fifteen years she has focused on Customer Experience and Digital Marketing for the telecommunications, retail and banking sectors in Canada and the Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America.

Pilar is an Economist from the Universidad Nacional in Colombia and has a Master's degree from the same university and also a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, Canada, focused on Econometrics.
