With a degree in psychology, Sid has always been people-obsessed, and with a career starting at Procter & Gamble, he soon became brand-obsessed too. Having worked at some of the industry’s leading agencies, Sid has combined these obsessions to bring people and brands together in new, distinctive and profitable ways. As UK Chief Strategy Officer Sid now oversees the strategy department at Wunderman Thompson, ensuring his team of best-in-class strategists help transform the way brands are experienced at each and every touchpoint. The result is culturally relevant and highly effective work for the likes of HSBC, BT, Microsoft, Duracell, Macallan and Nestlé.

Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson in 2020, Sid was founding partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Karmarama. In his 14-year stint Sid helped transform the agency from a small independent to an integrated creative business that became part of Accenture Interactive. Besides winning over 30 new business accounts, including Lidl and The BBC, Sid led teams to produce award-winning work for The Army, Honda and Confused.com, and elevated Karmarama to the highest placed creative agency in The Sunday Times Best Company to Work For five-years running.

Sid’s unique experience running progressive and culturally rich agencies, paired with his infectious energy and enthusiasm, has seen him present on a wide range of topics, most noticeably his work on the value of HX, the human experience, which he has presented to clients throughout Europe, at the Festival Of Marketing, and SXSW.
