Simon is the CEO of Wunderman Thompson Health London and leads digital internationally, excluding the US, across the WPP Health Practice.
Simon has led many healthcare accounts, including those of Roche, AstraZeneca, BMS, Bayer, Eli Lilly, ViiV and Pfizer. His passion and experience in digital and data plays a major part in his role, engagement and development of client accounts and tailored solutions.
Simon has been client lead across consumer brands such as Hasbro, P&G, Nestlé Purina, Ford, Hyundai, Samsung, Vodafone, Sony PlayStation, Bacardi and Mazda Motors. He has vast experience in global and local integrated marketing and communications across a range of audiences and business challenges.
Before Wunderman Thompson Health, Simon spent 10 years within the Ogilvy group. His roles within WPP have included Managing Director of OgilvyAction Digital, Geometry Global Digital, Ogilvy Digital Health and Ogilvy Healthworld that worked with across a spectrum of health and consumer brands. He has additionally held roles across Octagon (sport marketing), OgilvyOne and Syzygy.
Over the years, Simon has launched many consumer and healthcare products as well as picking up some prestigious awards along the way. Being a big sports fan, he was also fortunate enough to work on the World Cup ’98 and European Championship in 2000, attending 18 or so matches over the tournament duration.
