Thamsanqa has more than 15 years’ experience ïn product design, research and development.

His formal qualifications include a Computer Science MSc degree, and he has built a career establishing and growing high performing teams. He has worked with clients across multiple industries including global FMCG, healthcare, the international music industry, insurance, government, and digital news media.

‘Tham’ likes to think of himself as a disruptor, and is tasked with growing a consulting division that will help clients break down silos, increase team efficiencies, find strategic value propositions and above all, get their head around the customer experience challenges of the future.
