Tom Young is the Executive Vice President and Chief Solutions Officer for Wunderman Thompson Data. He is responsible for the evolution and successful client deployment of core services and platforms that power our AdTech/MarTech and CRM solutions driving customer experiences (CX).

Tom has over 30 years’ experience designing, developing and implementing technology and data solutions for automated database marketing and other critical business challenges. Tom is actively involved with Wunderman Thompson Data’s largest clients, bringing thought leadership as well as enabling practical consumer engagement strategies and innovative customer experiences via Wunderman Thompson products and data and other available technology. He partners with clients to understand and address the underlying causes of their CX and marketing challenges with business-justified solutions.

Tom is a graduate of Columbia University and has a master’s degree in engineering from Texas A&M University. He lives in Houston with his wife.
