Ugo GrassoChief Talent Officer
After several years at international agencies, Ugo has dedicated most of his professional life to J. Walter Thompson, now Wunderman Thompson. He has managed many clients and developed integrated communication plans for national and international brands, including Heineken, Indesit, Hotpoint, Nestlé, Kraft, Unilever, Campari, Piaggio, Barilla Mulino Bianco, Ariston Thermo, and others. Ugo has won several advertising awards, both in Italy and internationally.
Since 2020 he has been Chief Talent Officer for Wunderman Thompson Italy, responsible for recruiting, training, staff evaluation and managing the client service team. He is also on the Board of Directors and is an Opco member.
On the side, Ugo is a skipper and sailing instructor, loves cinema, reading and writing, and travelling the world.
