Victoria Cole is the CEO of VML Argentina, a creative, data, and technology company with over 900 employees collaborating with local and global clients. Victoria aims to be "inspired to connect brands and people with purpose and inclusion."

With more than 30 years of experience in advertising and branding communication, Victoria began her career at BBDO, then moved on to Publicis, and finally, (the former) J.W. Thompson, Mexico. Subsequently, she returned to Ogilvy in Argentina. In 2004, she joined Wunderman Buenos Aires, where she assumed various senior roles and was eventually appointed CEO in 2017. Following the merger between Wunderman and J.W. Thompson in 2019, she became the CEO, and in 2020, she was also named CEO of Wunderman Thompson Chile.

2016, Victoria was featured as a "Woman to Watch Argentina." She was part of the Argentinean delegation to the WEF Egypt 2020 and was recognized as one of the 100 role models of 2020 by Yahoo Finance. She currently serves as the director of the Argentina Ad Council diversity committee. Victoria has been involved in successful projects, earning notable awards such as the Lia, Cannes Lions Innovation Grand Prix 2021 with the Degree case. Additionally, she is a frequent public speaker on industry panels focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Victoria holds a degree in Social Communication from the Universidad del Salvador and is the proud mother of 25-year-old twin boys. She resides in Buenos Aires.
