Discover the departments

General management is the connection between the C-level, upper management, and team members. You would help the C-Level coordinate themselves, plan projects, and manage everything behind the scenes. Learn to be the go-to person for everyone in the company while being in 1:1 work with the whole C-level department to help them get projects on the road, be their strategic counterpart, and help them by giving them input from the rest of the team to lead the company in the best possible way.

You would manage internal and external communications with the team and the clients, help coordinate events, and find solutions for all kinds of problems.

We manage client relationships, accounts and projects. We manage and deliver client work end-to-end, from strategizing to scoping to execution and delivery. This involves writing offers, project scopes, SOWs, to creating project plans and so forth. On a higher level, we create - in collaboration with clients - the account strategy, where we look at client's needs and opportunities and work out plans on achieving mutual success.
