Once you complete the 18-month programme, you will begin your landing role in either New Business or Creative.

During your Data rotation, you will get introduced to Data Strategy, Analytics and Data Science. You will have the opportunity to assist in the creation of an agency Strategy piece, using insight and analytical tools to find an interesting item for optimising the decision-making process of our clients.

You will work with data enrichment, and new sources of data and understand how to connect that data with the data our clients have. They can come from different sources like national data agencies which are useful to check.

During your time with this team, you will gain experience and exposure to:

Sourcing & Analysing Data from various clients

Result interpretation and algorithm fine tuning

Generating Insights from Data

Presenting Results in a business perspective

During your Service Design rotation, you will get introduced to qualitative research, business strategy, persona design, customer journey mapping and UX-UI design. You will have the opportunity to assist in pitches and projects and facilitate and organize design thinking sessions for our clients to support, transform and innovate their business.

During your time with this team, you will gain experience and exposure to:

Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas Mapping

Facilitating Design Thinking Sessions such as Workshops

User Persona and Customer Journey Design

UX/UI Design

During your Brand Planning rotation, you will learn the fundamentals of how we build and nurture brands in the algorithm era. You will have the opportunity to support a senior planner in defining a strategic piece that is informed by learnings and insights coming from the discovery phase. You will help point the creative, design and/or innovation teams in the defined direction to elevate our clients’ brand potential and strengthen their business growth.
